Every morning, Every 5th car on Winchester Boulevard travels between 41-47 MPH That is a pedestrian fatality factor of 85%to 100%
Too many cars jam too few streets racing through our community! Something needs to be done to calm traffic going through town! Kids need easy way to bike to Daves Avenue School

Traffic is encouraged to speed by excessively wide lane design on Winchester Boulevard between Lark and Blossom Hill

Joggers and pedestrians risk being hit by speeding cars! Today there is no walkway or safety zone. Winchester is unsafe for kids and adults without a continuous walkway.
The Vasona Light Rail threatens to flood our streets with commuters trying to bypass freeway jams. Over 200 more cars will park at the new station; most headed South!

Protect the neighborhood and residents with a calm street design.
